Watch a Trailer for the Upcoming Sriracha Documentary

The cultishly beloved Sriracha hot sauce has been causing some controversy (and maybe some burning eyes) of late, making it the perfect time for filmmaker Griffin Hammond to drop his Sriracha documentary, which will become available online starting Wednesday, December 11. In this colorful trailer that bounces from California to Thailand, Hammond interviews Sriracha experts like chef Jet Tila (a self-described Sriracha ambassador), David Tran (the founder of popular Sriracha-maker Huy Fong Foods), and employees of Sriraja Panich (the Thai company credited with inventing the sauce).
