For further clarity, I think all of those Lorenzo’s Music tracks are actually CC BY-SA. for example, http://freemusicarchive.org/music/Lorenzos_Music/Picture_it_all
Mike is just using the default blocSonic license (which I had him change from BY-NC-ND...not perfect, but progress) and Lorenzo’s Music has given blocSonic authority to release remixes under a different license.

Try #2! http://blocsonic.com/remix-us !ccmusic. If someone wants to do a !freeculture remix and is seriously interested, I could see what I could work out. For example, Lorenzo’s Music has traditionally released under CC BY-SA, so I doubt they’d mind.

Another Monday, another evening doing music hack stuff at !umehack. Not so much new things got done today, but figured out a few issues with the sync patch.
Also jammed a bit, got something darkish going. Completely computerless, again, with just a PO-12, and an EA-1, Axoloti for sync, all run through a small shitty amp and recorded on the phone. Lo-fi as fuck. !musicians https://social.umeahackerspace.se/attachment/107624

Todays music hack setup. Axoloti+PO-12+EA-1 for sound. MPK mini for playing one part of the Axoloti patch (the other is translating MIDI clock from the EA-1 to clock signal for the PO-12). Sound routed through everything to end up on the EA-1 output, into a guitar amp.
Pretty nice on the whole, I'll see if I can't make a ugly phone-recorded sample for upload. !musicians https://social.umeahackerspace.se/attachment/106096

Have been in Copenhagen for five days inhaling jazz. Have jammed at La Fontaine and Montmarte both, listened, talked, danced, drank cheap and not-so-cheap beer, seen world-class musicians fall asleep sitting down, seen world-class musicians kill it completely on stage and in jams, and in general had a great time. Things I've done too little of: slept, jammed, practise…
