I'd say that !Debian Wheezy will go Stable early 2013. It's been every two years in February for the last two releases (Lenny, Squeeze). -

As others have said, you could always install Squeeze and then upgrade, but for new installs, you might as well start with Wheezy/Testing. -

Use the install images here http://identi.ca/url/3687011 instead of the Squeeze install images. You'll get Wheezy that way. -
