If the EU forbids decryption then suddenly all my correpondents to whom I send !GnuPG e-mail become criminals !crypto

@strypey If the !crypto is any good then even a small diff in plaintext will result in completely different encrypted files. So using git for encrypted storage isn't very useful

To generate my passphrases I use the password generator in #KeepassX, currently set to 45 chars in [a-zA-Z0-9] - but with v2 I have to create a new entry, generate the password, then delete the new entry. I miss the "Tools, PW Generator" option in KeepassX v1. !crypto !privacy

How do you generate your #passphrases ? Do you use #dice or do you just use a software random number generator? !crypto !privacy

Just FYI there are legit HACKER WARS going on in the ethereum chain. As in, the 'white hats' are using the same bugs to drain funds from the DAO as the 'bad guys'. Except the bad guys are also in on the action, and can keep draining the place the white hats drained to. This is the cyberpunk future we've all been waiting for, where disconnecting your shit from the inter…

Met a bunch of awesome people at #lp2016. And few... #interesting ones. Like the one who refused to sign my #PGP key because she thought I was a government spook... because I claimed to be from #NH but "didn't know that *every* FreeStater is (obviously) #crypto savvy enough to sign PGP keys... since most of them use #bitcoin as their only currency... so they can remain anonymous". #wtf #notevenwrong
