@vinzv really go for the #skerton then, it’s superb value! It takes ~40sec to grind 18g !coffee for a #brew with moderate effort, it’s cheap, and when you get an electric grinder for home, it’ll serve well for holidays or making coffee at work. Next !coffee brew of the day, another Ethiopia Sidama Schilcho natural processed, bright-medium roast, brewed with 22g coffee at 88°C in #v60 to result in 275g after 2:25min. Super balanced, sweet with hints of dates, toasted nuts, cherrylike sweetness, rounded of with just a tad of clear fruit-acidity.
