Former Bob Jonkman -- Please use the new server at https://gs.jonkman.ca (bobjonkmanformer)'s status on Friday, 21-Feb-2014 23:26:18 EST Former Bob Jonkman -- Please use the new server at https://gs.jonkman.ca I’m surprised that the ruling is for a “bona fide” claim, and not “prima fascia”. #IANAL, but I think this means that an accuser only has to claim good intentions for suing an alleged !copyright infringer, but doesn’t actually have to show any evidence of infringement.
